Xanadu Quantum Technologies is preparing a public listing in a merger with a blank-check company that would value the business at more than $3 billion. Xanadu is also in talks with the Canadian and Ontario governments for as much as C$390 million ($285 million) in its quest to build one of the first quantum-powered data centers by 2030.
